| 1 | From the main MS Outlook screen, Select Tools, Accounts, Add, Mail to start the new account wizard. |
| 2 | For Display Name enter whatever you want to identify the mail address - click Next |
| 3 | For E-Mail Address enter the email address, e.g. info@somedomain.ie. Click Next |
| 4 | The next screen should be for mail servers.
Enter the following:
Incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
Incoming mail server name is mail.somedomain.ie (as advised with email address)
Outgoing mailserver(SMTP) mail.somedomain.ie (as advised with email address)
Click Next

| 5 | The account name is the email address: e.g. info@somedomain.ie
Enter the password relevant to the email address.

| 6 | Click next and select your connection type |
| 7 | If requested select the appropriate connection. |
| 8 | Click next and finish |
